Christmount is now contracting with a professional sound technician for all events that require audio-visual support. This will ensure a well-run event in terms of sound system, Audio-Visual needs, computers, wifi, and set up / tear down requirements.
When you book your event, you will receive a questionnaire to help determine your A-V needs.
Audio (Sound System) Pricing:
- $150 / day for rental of P.A. sound system. Pricing includes:
- Microphones (wired and wireless) and Microphone stands
- Mixer Board
- Cabling
- Speakers & Speaker stands
- Smart TVs for projection / presentation purposes
- Lectern or Podium
- Whiteboard with markers
- Wifi
- $200 / day for AV Support (Sound Technician). Pricing includes:
- Initial set up prior to each session
- Sound check for each session
- Troubleshooting any issues
- Remain onsite for at least 30 minutes of each session
- Tear down of equipment at end of event

Video Pricing:
- $1,800 for three days of footage. Pricing includes:
- 1-camera shoot
- Professional videographer
- One set up and tear down of video equipment
- One hour of editing to trim front and back, add title and credits to each session.
- Additional / Optional Costs:
- DVD creation
- Editing beyond what is described above
- Converting to multiple file formats
- B-Roll footage
- 2nd camera
- Additional lighting
- Additional sound equipment
