We're transforming this space into a beautiful event venue! Lots of cosmetic changes and additions to make this space perfect for weddings, banquets, parties, and concerts!

New Camp Cabins

We are replacing five old cinderblock seasonal cabins with 5 unique year-round cabins, appropriate for summer camps, family reunions, weekend getaways, and more. 

Cost per cabin is approximately $900k

Naming Opportunity: $450k - includes use of cabin throughout the year (when available) at no charge, interior design input, and inclusion of name on cabin. 

New Davis Hall & Fellowship Hall

Replacing seasonal buildings with year-round facilities. More energy-efficient, more aesthetically-pleasing; more in tune with the natural surroundings. 

Cost: $6,000,000

RV Park Renovations

Phase I - new line, panel, pole 

Cost: $15,000 **DONE**

Phase II - re-do hookups, add 50-amp service, add 1-2 more sites

Cost: $20,000 **DONE**

Phase III - upgrade bathhouse

Cost: $10,000

Watters Garden Pavers

Engraved Paver Bricks will be placed at Watters Garden to make the area more accessible and to keep the area cleaner and drier throughout all seasons. Each paver is $150.
